Before you arrive
When you arrive
Ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time. Make sure that you warm up properly by doing a combination of stretches and warm up exercises, some suggestions below:
After you have finished
It is essential that you cool down and stretch after every session. This will prevent injuries and muscle ache. The team perform a group cool down after paddling and it advisable that you keep stretching at intervals during the following day.
