Hong Kong 2010
Sun Life Stanley Harbour Dragon Boat Festival, Hong Kong 2010
The Dubai Sea Dragons came home with the 4th Place trophy. It was a very tough race this year with 12 very competitive teams. Many of these teams
had enough paddlers for 2 crews. We were the only non-Hong Kong team there. The other teams obviously had the "Home Court" advantage.
The weather was beautiful, overcast and the water conditions were fairly calm compared to last year.
The overall winner is determined by combining the results of 3 race times. In an event of a tie, in our case, the last race's time determines the winner.
Here are the race times: 1st race 1.26.35min, 2nd race 1.27.87min, 3rd race 1.26.91

Hong Kong 2009
This was our first time competing in Hong Kong. We had a strong team who paddled incredibly well during the turbulent weather conditions. We finished in second place, missing taking the 1st place trophy by 100ths of a second!
